Yummy Nutella Brownie Recipie!

So I will admit it.. I am a massive chocoholic and an even bigger Nutella addict. I just can't walk by the jars of Nutella in the shops without picking up a little jar and convincing myself it will last a few weeks, when in reality it only lasts the day! I am sure I am not the only other person that is like this, so I thought I would share this super easy recipe for Nutella Brownies that I cam across online. I have made a few little changes to make it even more delicious!

You will need:

400g Nutella (You can buy jars of exactly 400g exactly)
65g self raising flour
3 medium eggs
Pinch of salt
30g Casting Sugar
Chocolate chips (Add as much as you would like)

  1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 4 or 180°C. Grease a 20cm pan/tin and leave to the side.
  2. Add your Nutella, eggs and flour into a large bowl and mix together until the mixture comes together. I tend to mix it for about 2-3 mins. Always remember to scrape the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is mixed.
  3. Once happy, add the salt, sugar and mix again. Mix for about 1 minute.
  4. Add the chocolate chips. How much you add is completely up to you... I usually add quite a lot (I did say I was a huge chocoholic). Again once added mix it together.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pan and place into the oven for about 20 mins then check. I like my brownies gooey so I leave them in for a short time, however the firmer you want them, longer you leave them in for.... it's completely up to you.
  6. Once you are happy with them, take them out, leave to cool and them eat them all! That's it!

These brownies are seriously amazing! So delicious and easy to make! Let me know how you get on, I would love to know!

Lots of love everyone and take care
