Femme Luxe Haul

So many of you will be well aware by now that one of my favourite places to shop is Femme Luxe and because of that I have done many posts with them over the past few months. I was fortunate enough to be given another chance to try some of their collection and I just couldn't resist, I just had to see what new stock they had on their website.

I have tried everything from Femme Luxe casual to formal and I have loved it all! Every time I go on to their website their is more stuff that I fall in love with, trust me, I have struggled to resist at times! This time I decided to go for a mix and again I haven't been let down. Femme Luxe's clothing has always impressed me, the material is always high quality and everything fits well. I went for some dresses and a 2 piece at the end as I do love a good lounge set...

The first piece I selected was a more fancy body con dress in Nude. Normally I don't go for nude dresses as I can sometimes find that they can wash me out as I am quite pale, but I think the shape and tone of this dress looks great. It fits well and is great for creating a waist and showing a little leg. I think if I was to wear this dress out, I would need to sew the wrap skirt as it can ride up quite easily, but as it's so fixable, that wouldn't put me off ever wearing it!

I went for a nude look and paired it with my equally nude heels and my black Kate Spade bag and I think it looks great. It is so comfy to wear and is great material, super thick and stretchy so isn't see through and will not cut in or be uncomfortable to wear! Perfect...

The next dresses I went for were some shirt dresses. I love a good shirt dress and think they are so easy to wear, whether you want to jazz them up for a night out or wear them casually during the day, they are such universal pieces. The first one I went for is this Navy dress. It is extremely comfy and the tie waist gives the dress some shape and emphasises your waist. It is nice and floaty so doesn't cling anywhere and is very flattering.

They also had this dress in white or stone, which were also lovely, but I preferred the darker colours as I thought they would suit me more. Again, I wore my nude heels and Kate Spade bag to create a really flattering outfit, but this dress would be great with a pair of sandals and a sunhat in the summer too!

The 2nd of the shirt dresses is much more of a statement. It is a silky material with this chain like pattern all over. It is slightly more fitted, but still very comfy and super flattering to wear. I think this piece is much more stand out and maybe more for a night out or special occasion... I just think it has a very glam feel to it because of the design.

I wore this dress with some Boohoo black heels and my Kate Spade bag again and think this would be great for a summer night out or a party. It is a great dress to have in your wardrobe and I know I am going to get a lot of use out of it this summer...

The last piece I picked was this 2 piece lounge wear set that I have had my eye on for a long time. It comes with a black pair of ribbed leggings and a matching ribbed top with a tie waist. I thought this would be a great outfit for a more casual day or for running errands etc, but it could also be glammed up a little! I loved this outfit and would definitely wear these pieces either together or even separately with other bits too.

I went for a more glam look with the heels, but even with a pair of sandals or sneakers I think this would look great... I know I will get a lot of use out of this even working around the house etc! The only issue I had was the leggings were quite long, being 5foot 3inches, I had to roll them up a quite a bit, but this is easily resolved and wouldn't put me off buying or wearing them!

Again, a massive thank you to the Femme Luxe team for gifting me these pieces to try and review. Although the pieces were free of charge, all opinions are my own and were not influenced in any way.
